- Legal: No violent or felony offenses and cannot currently have charges pending
- Mental: No history of mental disorders
- At-risk students: Students who dropped out or are in the process of dropping out of high school.
Information session briefings will be conducted — see flyer for dates/times and location! If you are unable to attend an info session, contact Mrs.Hughes to schedule a private appointment at 302-326-7102
The Youth ChalleNGe program is provided in partnership to Delaware residents by the Delaware National Guard, Delaware Department of Education, and the Capital Guardian Youth ChalleNGe Academy to provide youth, ages 16-18, with opportunities for personal growth, self-improvement, and academic achievement.
