On October 20, 2011, the Delaware Veterans Coalition elected the Officers of the organization. Each Officer is elected for a 2 year term.

David Skocik – President Vietnam veteran and a co-founder of the coalition. He retired from the US Navy Reserve in 2007. He is the owner of PR Delaware LLC, a Dover-based public relations business. |

Paul Davis – Vice President Vietnam veteran who served in the US Army, is a co-founder of the coalition and has been instrumental in creating its structure. He is a retired police officer, a 51-year member of the Frederica Fire Dept., and a local businessman. |

Don Coffman – Secretary/Treasurer Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve and retired after 27 1/2 years. Retired from Lowe’s of Dover after 21 years. |
