The National Guard Employment Support Program recognizes the generosity of many civilian employers who go above and beyond providing for military absences from civilian employment for a period of military service. While they follow the statutory requirements of USERRA, they also provide additional benefits and pay during times of mobilization, and more importantly, support and encouragement to our military families in the absence of their military employee.
Employers are invited to attend our free Workshop to learn more on USERRA, employer obligations, and have your questions answered by Subject Matter Experts! Hear about FMLA and qualifying military exigency leaves for military families. Discover how you can access and advertise your job openings to those who are job seeking. Military members have tremendous talent, skill and discipline they bring to the workforce.
